It's surprisingly good 👍🏻. Reasonable price for what you get. Pros: excellent location and neighborhood, close to everything, clean facilities and room, free water and coffee station. Spacious lobby, friendly maid, and cleaner service. Cons: No front desk clerk. All transactions are done via kiosk with a video call, no free parking $15 per night fee, the rooms are dated with old furnishings. My room had a very loud bathroom fan and a bed that sank in the middle. Also on the second night, my key card didn't work and inhad to get a new card from the kiosk. Other than these three issues, it was good. I had a great weekend stay here. I would come back again if they keep the prices reasonable for the location.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and discreet. Law enforcement patrols area and parking lot in the evening,reassuring security and safety. saving the best for the loss, not to mention the espresso and coffee machine that is open super residence unlimited 24 hours a day

this hotel was recommended to me by a friend her dad mentioned it to us while we were looking for hotels to stay cuz we went to Universal Studios Hollywood for their Horror Nights event and her dad used to travel a lot back in the day for his job and he recommended to us cuz he saw it on Expedia so we went on September 20th to check it out I looked it up beforehand I love it I also like how they do have the checkout desk on a kiosk but I do prefer a person but it's understandable everything has changed since covid and the bed is so comfortable the bathroom is clean the room is clean the service is nice I would recommend this to friends and family it's a really good distance from Universal Studios Hollywood and it's the best place even though it's is a tight space for parking but other than that I would recommend this to others who plan on going to Glendale and having an amazing day away or a week and away from the family

I honestly expected worst. Parking felt safe, hotel was clean, it had a nice looking lobby. Rooms had enough space, I have stayed at terrible hotels at the same price range so i was mentally prepared to not being able to sleep well, this one felt like they actually tried to give the client a good value, so I left with that feeling. If I need a hotel in the area I will definetly take a look at them again.

This is rated as a two-star hotel and I was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised to discover how fresh, clean and modern everything was for the price. I stayed here solo two nights for a Price is Right taping, just a short drive away. Parking is $15/night and check-in/out is all done by interacting with a live person on a screen at a lobby kiosk. Different, but everything went well. I will probably choose this one again whenever I return.

Enjoyed our stay for the week. Amenities are great. Awesome coffee machine. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants. Strange whining sound coming from the next room but otherwise peaceful place. Greatly priced.

Stayed one night at the Glendale Hotel in town for a concert! The hotel was great met all my expectations. The check-in was unique and different with a person via kiosk, no front desk. But it was smooth and simple. Room was nice! It had a microwave and fridge. And then have complimentary coffee and infused water downstairs. Definitely would stay again.
